GPB Broadcasts Live Coverage of GHSA Basketball Championships on GPB TV and GPB.org

GPB Also Airs AAASP Georgia Wheelchair Basketball Championship

This week, Georgia Public Broadcasting - your PBS station serving all of Georgia - takes to the court again with live broadcast coverage of the Boys and Girls Georgia High School Association Basketball Championships from the Arena at the Gwinnett Center in Duluth on Friday, March 13 and from the Macon Coliseum on Saturday, March 14. Georgia’s top Class A, AA, AAA, AAAA and AAAAA teams go head-to-head for the honor of being State Champions in 2009.
In addition to the live television broadcast of the championship games, GPB will also give basketball fans a chance to watch live webcasts of the games. On the day of broadcast, viewers may go to Georgia Public Broadcasting’s home page at www.gpb.org to watch the games live on the web.

Also, GPB will host a live webcast only of the GHSA Basketball Semifinals Class 4A and 5A Boys and Girls games at www.gpb.org on Wednesday, March 11 and Thursday, March 12 beginning at 4 PM until 8:30 PM.
And, for the sixth consecutive year, we are proud to present the annual AAASP Wheelchair Basketball Championship, Saturday, March 14 at 9:30 AM.
