GPB Stations Off Air December 18 Due to Digital Upgrade

Georgia Public Broadcasting Television & Radio Will Be Off-Air
In Southeast Georgia For Digital Upgrades
Beginning Thursday, December 18 at 1 AM

Georgia Public Broadcasting television and radio stations in Cochran, Warm Springs, Waycross, Pembroke, Chatsworth, Augusta and Wrens will be off-air due to digital upgrades beginning Thursday, December 18 at 1 AM. The outrage is expected to last for a period of up to six hours and is crucial to GPB’s DTV upgrade.

“We would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our valued audience across the state of Georgia,” said GPB Acting Executive Director Bonnie Bean. “For questions or concerns, please contact GPB’s Member & Audience Services department at 1.800.222.4788.”
